Manufactured to meet the regulatory requirements of building to BAL 40: Very high risk standards.

The BAL 40 PBUSH 1 External Primed Skin entrance door is engineered for homes in bushfire-prone areas. Corinthian Doors manufactures this solid timber door from the Primed BAL 40 Rural Collection to meet strict BAL 40 regulatory standards.

Whether you are building new or upgrading your current entrance, this door gives you a compliant, ready-to-finish surface that stands up to Australian conditions.

Acid Etched Glass

Avoid contact with paint, stains, silicone products, grease and grime to the textured side of the glass. As Acid Etched glass is an open grain surface these products will damage the etched side.
Bushfire Attack Level

BAL40: Very high risk – To obtain BAL 40 certification in accordance with AS1530 – a BAL 40 door, frame, sidelight, hardware and door furniture must all be supplied by Corinthian doors.

Hinge Setup

Frames for doors measuring up to 2040 x 920 require a minimum 3 x 100mm square butt hinges. Frames for doors over and above this size require 4 x 100mm square butt hinges.
Acid Etched glass

Avoid contact with paint, stains, silicone products, grease and grime to the textured side of the glass. As Acid Etched glass is an open grain surface these products will damage the etched side.

Square corner rout on both faces.

All BAL 40 doors including value added services applied to doors are Made to Order (MTO). MTO doors and sidelights may only be cancelled on day of ordering.
