Shipping policy

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs from our warehouse to your specified address will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote or rural areas.

Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturer delays or courier issues. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to your estimated delivery window. Time of delivery is not of the essence.

Damage in Transit

All goods must be inspected for damage before signing the delivery docket. Complete Doors Online can not make a claim to a carrier on your behalf once the goods have been signed as having been received in ‘Good Order and Condition’.

Any damage to goods must be noted on the delivery docket at the time of receipt and all claims must be lodged with Complete Doors Online within 48 hours of receiving goods.

Manufacturer's Responsibility

The manufacturer is responsible for transporting the goods to our distribution centre.

Our Responsibility

Once the goods arrive at our distribution centre, we inspect them for any visible damage before carefully wrapping and packing them for safe transit. We will then arrange for the goods to be couriered to the delivery address specified in Your Order. If any issues arise during this process, we will inform you immediately.

Risk Transfer when opted out of Shipping Insurance

Risk in the goods passes to you either upon dispatch from our distribution centre to the delivery address or upon collection by you or your nominated representative.

When opted in to Shipping Insurance

Loss of goods or damage during transit may be covered as long as the process outlined above of checking the goods before signing for them and notifying us within 48 hours of receiving the goods is followed. 

Allowing Us to Resolve the Issue

If a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we ask that you allow our team the opportunity to inspect and rectify the issue where appropriate.

If repairs or modifications are carried out by a third party before we have been notified or given the chance to review the issue, we may not be able to cover those costs.

Replacements for Damaged Goods

Replacements for faulty or damaged goods will be accepted and arranged where:

  • The issue has been reported within the required timeframe
  • Evidence of the fault or damage has been provided
  • We or the manufacturer have confirmed the item is defective

We do not cover the cost for returning or disposing of faulty or damaged goods, these may be the responsibility of the customer.

When Faults Are Not Covered

We may not be responsible for faults or damage that occurs due to improper handling, storage, or maintenance after receiving your shipment
