Instead, as soon as you place your order with us, we place this order with the manufacturer. They then make your order, or get it ready to ship it to our warehouse.
- Once we have all of the items in your order, we pack this for safe delivery to you.

From our warehouse, to your door! We have a delivery driver that services greater Sydney twice a week for $127. Please note this is a single person delivery, so someone will need to be home to assist and accept deliver. |
From Sydney to Brisbane, and Sydney to Melbourne, and the suburbs in between, we work with a courier who delivers between once a week to once a fortnight. Please note this is a single person delivery, so someone will need to be home to assist and accept delivery. |

We work with a freight company that collects orders to be shipped Australia-wide* on a daily basis. This is for a flat-rate of $297, whether you order 1 or 10 doors. |
Worried about loss or damage of your package? Not to worry, our Shipping Insurance has got you covered. For $47, you’ll have a hassle-free experience if anything happens to go wrong between our warehouse and your destination. |
If you’re ordering hardware, this will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer between 24-48 hours after placed your order. Orders under $197 incur a $19 shipping fee, and orders over $197 receive free shipping. |
Typical lead times
Our lead times begin from the point you place your order, and factor in the time it takes for your doors to be made to order, shipped to our warehouse, packed for safe delivery and delivered to your home.
These lead times will vary based on the delivery method you select.
Warehouse pick up: Approx. 1-2 weeks*
Sydney Metro delivery: Approx 2-3 weeks*
Australia-wide delivery: Approx 3-4 weeks*
Hardware delivery: Approx 3-5 days, unless otherwise advised*
*PLEASE NOTE: Custom doors and frames or certain specialty products may have a longer lead time. Please make sure to check the product page for lead times. The lead time for your order will be listed on your tax invoice, which you should receive within 24-48 hours from the point of placing your order.
Make sure to check your order
All goods must be inspected for damage before signing the delivery docket. Complete Doors Online can not make a claim to a carrier on your behalf once the goods have been signed as having been received in ‘Good Order and Condition’.
Any damage to goods must be noted on the delivery docket at the time of receipt and all claims must be lodged with Complete Doors Online within 48 hours of receiving goods.
