Hume Meranti Entry Door Frame with 2 Translucent Sidelights

The Hume Meranti entry door frame is a ready-made solution designed to suit one standard door (2040 x 820) and two sidelights (2040 x 400). The overall unit size is 2110 x 1650 x 160 x 31. Whether you are a time-efficient builder or a renovator, this frame provides a practical fit for most standard openings.

You can purchase this door frame on its own. The door is not included, so we recommend ordering your door and frame together to ensure a perfect fit. The frame comes supplied and fitted with three standard butt hinges, saving you time on installation.

Handing and configuration

This configuration features two sidelights. When viewing the entrance from the outside, an EG (entry gauche) frame is hinged on the left and opens in. An FG (fine gauche) frame is hinged on the right and opens in. Review the handing diagrams in the image gallery to confirm the correct layout for your home before placing your order.

Bushfire compliance (BAL)

Building in a bushfire zone? Hume entry frames can be specially manufactured to suit certain Bushfire Attack Levels (BAL) per standard AS3959-09. If you require a rated frame for your build, contact us to discuss your compliance needs.

The Hume Standard Entry Frame is a purpose-built product designed to minimise common door framing mistakes on site. By ordering a pre-machined frame with weather seals, you ensure the jambs are square and correctly sized for your opening.
