Reverse Barrel Bolt - 150x31mm 40mm Throw

A reverse barrel bolt gives you added security on internal doors, gates and cupboards. The Zanda 150x31mm reverse barrel bolt features a 40mm throw and mounts neatly on the door edge, locking into the frame rather than the surface.

This configuration suits tight spots where a standard surface-mounted bolt would stick out or catch. The bolt mechanism recesses into the door or gate edge, keeping the face clean.

How does a barrel bolt work?

A rod-shaped bolt slides into a strike plate or socket on the door frame. When mounted near the top or bottom of the door, you can lock it into the jamb for hold-open security or privacy.
