The Zanda Euro Double Cylinder is a key-operated lock designed to secure your entrance doors, security screen doors, and front or back doors. Because it requires a key to lock and unlock from both the inside and outside, you control access from either side of the door.

What is the difference between a single and double cylinder?

A double cylinder uses a key on both sides, whilst a single cylinder uses a key on the outside and a turn knob on the inside. You might choose a double cylinder when a door is fitted with glass panels nearby, as it prevents an intruder from breaking the glass and reaching inside to turn the lock.

Is a double cylinder lock better?
